Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ECT or Company and ASX: ESI) is pleased to confirm the issuance of the Coldry patent by IP Australia.
Further to our previous advice to the market on 30th March 2012 that IP Australia would issue the patent by 27 April, we now confirm our Coldry Patent in Australia has been sealed, and was formally advertised as such in the Official Journal of Patents on 12th April 2012.
Managing Director Mike Davies commented, “The sealing and publication of the Australian Coldry patent yesterday was a welcome yet expected outcome, and it is pleasing to see the formalities complete ahead of the expected schedule. Our focus, however, remains on the commercialising of our IP, with the completion of our Design for Tender (DFT) being the next major milestone.

Patents have been issued in China, USA, New Zealand, and now Australia. Applications are progressing in Europe, Canada, Brazil and India.
